Her past experience includes serving as Global Managing Editor at Flavorpill, where she oversaw the cultural publisher's 11 email magazines and companion websites, led the development of new editorial products, and managed a team of over 25 editors from around the globe. Additionally, she acted as the Senior Managing Editor for the music website ArtistDirect, coordinating the brand's extensive site redesign efforts across design, tech, and sales, as well as spearheading a substantive increase in their editorial output.

Jocelyn originally honed her fluency in the online and publishing spaces with stints at web design firm G2G productions and the MIT Press after she graduated from Boston University's honors program with a BA in Literature & Film.
